Q: How do I apply for an entry level job at one of your stores?

A: We accept applications on an ongoing basis in order to create a qualified pool of applicants. Some of our stores may or may not be hiring, but we encourage you to submit an application by visitng a store near you. To be considered for a full-time or part-time Department Clerk position, you must apply in person. 

 

Q: How do I apply for a Management position in one of your stores?

A: See Employment Listings and follow the instructions to apply for the position(s) that interests you.

 

Q: How do I apply for a position at the Earth Fare Home Office?

A: See Employment Listings and follow the instructions to apply for the position(s) that interests you.

 

Q: I heard that you're opening a new store near me; can I apply before it opens?

A: Visit the Employment Listings home page to learn when our New Store Job Fair (hourly positions) is being held, or Employment Listings to apply for current Management opportunities online.

 

Q: I submitted my resume online, what happens next?

A: For management positions, qualified applicants will be contacted for an initial interview with a Recruitment Coordinator. If you submitted an application on-line for an hourly Department Clerk role or Junior Management role (Assistant Grocery Manager, Dairy Manager, etc.), an e-mail request will be sent to you relaying that you must apply in person to be considered. 

 

Q: I applied in-person at a store, what happens next?

A: You will be contacted by a Manager if you are selected for an interview.

 

Q: How long will my application be retained?

A: Online submissions are retained and may be updated at any time by visiting this website and logging in with your personal login information. See Update Your Profile. In-store applications are maintained for consideration for 90 days.

 

Q: What if I do not see a posting for the position in which I’m interested?

A: Visit our Employment Listings regularly for latest postings, set up a Job Agent at Notify Me of New Jobs, and also consider another position within Earth Fare. With our culture of promoting from within whenever possible, Team Members have the opportunity to change positions.

 

Q: Can I be notified if the position for which I am interested becomes available?

A: Yes, if a position possibly matches your skillset. Set up a Job Agent at Notify Me of New Jobs.

 

Q: What are the salary ranges for you management Team Member positions?

A: It depends on the scope of the position and the related skills you bring to the table. The interview process will address any questions you may have.
